Shipping policy

 

How do you calculate the cost of shipping?

Customers are requested to select the correct shipping rate at checkout ie Rural Delivery. If the incorrect shipping is selected we will contact you via e-mail to organise payment of any shipping cost shortfalls

What orders get free shipping?

We generally apply free shipping to high value items that are not being shipped to a Rural Delivery address. Items that have free shipping for urban areas will have a 'Free Shipping' feature at checkout. If you are unsure whether your order is sunject to free shipping, please contact us for verification to prevent any delays.

How quickly will you ship my order?

We try to ensure that orders are packed for the next courier pick-up. This is not always possible, either when order volumes are very high, or when orders are placed too near to the time that the courier picks up.

Due to many products having either:

  1. Short Shelf Life
  2. Low Sales Volume

We may not have the item in stock at time of purchase. This is indicated in the item description as something to the effect of...

Available by Special Order, not held in stock (SOH does not reflect physical qty available)

As this product does not have a high demand, we no longer hold it in stock as they have a limited shelf life/best before date. We understand that this may be frustrating, but we want to ensure that we have the freshest product available whilst maintaining competitive prices.

It is usually available within 2-3 days from our NZ supplier.

In rare instances a product we are advertising may end up being discontinued or out of stock due to factors beyond our control.

Delays may occur if we need to discuss your order with you before shipping.

Our Courier collection is at 3pm, Monday Wednesday and Friday. Delivery timeframes vary by region:

North Island - two to three business days

South Island - three to five business days

Rural delivery - add one - three business days

Courier delays can always occur, and are outside of our control.

How can I track my order?

If tracking information is available, this is included in your shipping notification email. If you have not received one, it is worthwhile checking that your email software has not moved the email to a spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your account and see your order status as well as seeing tracking information.

Do you ship international?

Currently we do not ship international orders except by prior agreement.
