This pack contains a balance of malt, hops and sugars to emulate the particular style of beer. Mix contents into 3 litres of hot water in a pan. Boil gently for 1 min. Turn heat off & stand 10 mins. Pour through strainer into fermenter. Add beer pack & stir well before topping up with water. Ferment as usual.
